Regular and consistent supervision of our staff is a key to achieving a consistently high standard of cleaning in all our contracts. Supervision means supervisors actually working or visiting our cleaning staff on site while they are working to ensure the work are being completed to our standards. During this visits our supervisors will thoroughly check the standards are being achieved on site and praise or criticise as necessary, they will also ensure each staff member is happy in the work they are doing and with the back up they receive from the company generally which is all vital for staff moral and maintaining our services standards. In the cases of part-time supervisors, cleaners and full time day staff.

We provide a minimum of one day on site training prior to the commencement of the contract. Site supervisors receive more detailed induction on site at one of our other major contracts over a period of several time leading up to the commencement of a contract.
